The 'Cruffin' Craze is spreading! Mr. Holmes Bakehouse, which started in San Francisco, is now in Highland Park. They are well-know for their cream-filled croissant-muffin hybrid.
It's a countdown every morning! Even though the bakehouse opens at 8, the fresh Cruffins aren't served until 9am... and they usually sell out!
If you miss the Cruffins, I think a worthy alternative is the churro flavored, cream-filled croissant!
